Deliveries FAQ

What are your delivery timing?

Delivery is available 6 days a week between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm on a weekday and between 8 am and 4 pm midday on Saturday, we are closed on Sundays. 

A delivery fee applies based on location and the day of the delivery. Current delivery charges are available by contact [email protected]. 

Delivery fees to locations further than 20 kilometres from the Catering Zone kitchen in Double Bay are discretionary. 

When Would be the food delivered?

We Tried to deliver the food as close as possible to the event timing. 

Cold food may be delivered 90 minutes before the event's timing.
Hot food may be delivered 20 minutes before the event's timing.

Please ensure delivery access is always available to your location. If a mobile phone number is provided for contact, please ensure that the mobile phone is switched on. If access is not available at the agreed time of delivery, the driver may have to return at a later time resulting in an additional delivery fee, or the delivery may be canceled at the discretion of Catering Zone. Payment of the invoice will still be required.
